Horse attacked by a python by Pierre Lenordez P. Lenordez exhibited his sculptures from 1855 to 1877 au salon. A specialist in depicting Arab horses, his works are considered rare and of remarkable quality. This beautiful example of his work is listed in the book les bronzes du XIX siecle from Kjellberg page 427-428. Retaining its original patina and signed Pierre Lenordez. |
